1. How does your company do regarding quality control? 

We have professional QC team to do test before the shipment. And all the factories have QC department during the production and raw materials.

2. Could you please provide free samples?

We can provide 1-2 pcs free samples. Please contact us for details.

3. How long is the lead time?

The lead time is normally 3-5 work days. It also depends on the quantity and customer requirements. For bulk order, it many take 2-4 weeks for production. And for custom project, it many need 1-3 months.

4. How can I get my products?

Normally, your products will be shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS or SF. Seaway is also available. If you have freight forwarder of partner in China, we can send goods to them.

5. What's the payment method?

Currently TT, PayPal and Western Union are available.
